Acknowledgment: Used to verify the identity of the signer and to confirm that they signed the document. The signer does not swear to the truthfulness or validity of the document, just simply to personally appear in front of a notary to confirm the signer's identity.

Jurat: Used when swearing to the content of the document. An oath or affirmation will be administered to the signer in order to complete the Jurat. The document must be signed in the presence of the notary.

I provide services in the city of Chino and surrounding areas such as San Bernardino, Riverside, and Los Angeles counties. I travel to you for your convenience. I can meet you at your home, office or any agreed upon public location such as local library or Starbucks.
